New Pedestrian and Bicycle Crossing at the Somerton Station on the SEPTA R-3 Regional Rail Line.
This grade crossing is used by up to 20 passenger trains per hour on Tokyo’s Yamanote ring line. Obviously, a simple crossing arm and chimes is all it takes to keep pedestrians off of this VERY busy rail line.
