CSX Asks  Judge  for  Time  to  Negotiate  with  City

On January 26, 2005, CSX asked Judge Kauffman for a 45 day delay on ruling on the Preliminary Injunction to give the parties an opportunity to talk. They indicate in their submission that at grade crossings are possible. Read CSX response here.
